What is FieldMind?
FieldMind is Ficio's capability layer for the field. It reads imagery from orbit down to the canopy, divides the land into measured blocks, grades fruit on the tree, and pulls soil telemetry, so every decision is tied to the acre and the tree it came from.
What is FieldSorter 1?
FieldSorter 1 is our first product: an in-field grader that comes to the grove. It rolls into the row and grades each apple in milliseconds, before the cold chain, sorting premium, standard, and cull and geo-tagging every grade to its tree. It is in the field now.
Which crops do you support?
We are starting with apples. The same brain is built to extend to more crops, so if you grow something else, tell us what it is when you reach out and we will tell you where it sits on the roadmap.
Where does the grading happen?
In the orchard, before the cold chain. Grading where the fruit falls means you catch culls early and route premium fruit to its highest value, instead of paying to move and store fruit that will not make grade.
What data do I get back?
Per-tree and per-acre intelligence: fruit count, size, and grade by tree, block-level zoning, and soil telemetry such as moisture, temperature, salinity, and nutrients. The metrics shown on the site are illustrative of the data type, not audited results.
How is it deployed?
FieldSorter 1 is built for the field, not the lab, and runs off-grid. We will walk through siting, throughput, and power for your operation on a live demo.
How much does it cost?
